Ron Gordon works with the service response team and serves as the lead technician in technical troubleshooting for truck scale and batching applications at our Benton branch. He is an essential team member of the Pioneer Scale service team. Ron has been a service team member at Pioneer Scale for three and a half years. Before coming to Pioneer, he spent twenty-seven years as a service technician doing repair work in the central Arkansas area for another company. Ron is an excellent customer service technician.
